Effective Date: November 1, 2025


By enrolling in Home Service CPA services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Enrollment Fee (Non-Refundable):

A one-time enrollment fee of $999 is required to begin service. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.


2. Purpose of the Enrollment Fee:

The enrollment fee does not apply toward any future monthly service charges. It covers the cost of onboarding, account setup within our internal systems, and any necessary catch-up or cleanup work to bring your books current and accurate.


3. Additional Work for Complex Accounts:

In rare cases where an account requires extensive cleanup, such as reconciling hundreds of thousands of transactions or several years of disorganized data, additional fees may apply. This will only occur if significant extra work is required, and you will be notified before any additional charges are made.


4. Monthly Services:

Monthly bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting services are billed separately and are not included in the enrollment fee. These services will begin after the onboarding process is complete.


5. Acceptance of Terms:

By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
